- Welcome ladies and gentleman to my Gates Of Hell Ostfront dynamic conquest series , in the series we will take control of the German forces who's overall objective is to push the allied forces back into the Atlantic , we will face many challenges but if our discipline and will is strong enough we shall succeed .

Next 2 battles the yanks are gonna start bringing in Shermans. Stealing those and using them yourself is a nice stopgap while you're grinding for the Pz. IV F2 and beyond, that's what I did in my Conquest against the yanks and it worked for a time. M3 Lee is worth a steal as well but it's a real manpower drain since it needs 7 crew.

@@SirJellyBean You should see " Wolfsschanze" bunkers here in Poland , very interesting structures and a lots of concrete in the forest.... special place for Hitler to be in safe when commanding fights in Eastern front...
Good mission! Now that you’re starting to see more American armor, you might want to request more support from your Division’s anti-tank units. Luckily every infantry division keeps a complement of Stugs and tank destroyers ready for such emergencies! :)
Tanks are in short supply so we may be given a few here and there but once there gone it will be using whatever scraps high command throws to us haha .
@@SirJellyBean right right I got you. The Tigers, Panthers, and other panzers are bottled up, but your local division has either a tank destroyer battalion or an assault gun battalion that it can parse vehicles out to different Kampfgruppen as it sees fit.

The Tigers, Panthers, and other panzers are busy, but every infantry division usually has an assault gun battalion and tank destroyer battalion by 1944 (though this might be rarer on the western front). These usually consisted of StuG and StuH assault guns that the division commander could parcel out to the various battle groups as he saw fit.

If you do some larping, some marders and other second rate and converted equipment would be fitting for you ragtag unit:)
I do get sone half decent stuff but I'll also by getting lower rate units as I lose the good equipment, to simulate low supply of weapons equipment etc.
Love your videos, wish I could be as good as you on offense. I also had an idea. It would be great if you did these sort of campaigns but instead of PvE you could do PvP, as the AI can be a little one sided (Artillery based or just Armor based). If you were to do games like this I think it would make for much more realistic and funner combat.
Good idea would be bard to set up but a very good idea.

In general, how do you decide how much units to bring to a map?
Since you can't "reinforce" in the middle of a fight, i am always afraid of bringing too few, but also don't know if i should "stockpile" money/ammo for later... ?
