@@BrianAwesome Very interesting. My cousin introduced me to the DBZ show in Japanese. Then he used to copy some PS1 games. One of the games he copied was Dragonball GT the Japanese version. He would also emulate the NES, SNES and Genesis DBZ games. So many similarities.
There was rumour about the Re-Issue saying that it was a Sequel to Final Bout titled Final Bout 2. Due to the cover being different. However it was just a re-release of the Final Bout game to create hype for Dragon Ball GT

I remember i used to play this game at my friend's on his modded ps1 cause he had a burned copy of it since it was basically impossible to find a legit copy at the price it was going for in those days. I eventually ended up getting the 04 reissue. This game has so much nostalgia but its definitely one of the worst DB games ever made next to taiketsu and ultimate battle 22.
I have the bootom left GT game. The voice actor of afult Goku sound very different. This is before funimation so yea. I love the animated intro in DB GT Final Bout.
How is it confusing you didn’t know goku was small in GT baby was only in GT and so east Trunks with the brown shirt and pan were only in GT you must of not watched GT

They all play the same if you paid someone money for the American version on ebay that’s totally a waste of money I hated the PS1 dragon ball games they sucked

By the time Final Bought got a reprint on PS1 in 2004, I moved on to PS2 so of course I got into the Budokai series back then.
I can hear vegeta's voice just from looking at him. "Even if there is no hope, why don't you worry about yourself?"
I really love the details inside of the disc holder thingy including sj vegeta and goku in his base form.💯
I never played those games before but I like the pictures on the back of the covers of those things.

I didn’t even know they’re issued it 2004 version. I had never seen that version in stores but I miss the Manuel game instructions 😭
Collecting is not an easy task. Getting four copies of the same game must have been The Biggest Fight 😅

I bought the 2004 version from FYE. I was so surprised to see it in the store. Before that, I used to rent the other US version from Blockbuster.

I loved the art, Op and soundtrack for this game, one of the first PS1 games I bought... didn't know about the US re-issue, that cover is kinda bad 😅
