Search For A New Van Part 2 | Adria Twin Supreme 640 SGX

Having had my van just over 4 years, there are one or two things that I would change. The main one being the width. The cab is like any other Fiat Ducato cab (2.05 metres) but the coachbuilt part is 2.33 metres, meaning it needs long arm mirrors, which are 38.5cm from the cab. EACH SIDE!!!
I am therefore taking some time to visit and test out some van conversions and see if I fit!
Second van conversion I take a look at is the Adra Twin Supreme 640 SGX. I think I would prefer the 640 SLB which has fixed longitudinal beds, but again they didn't have one! I make do with this motorised rear bed. Good for increasing the garage space.

Bentley is my first van, a 2010 Bessacarr E540 motorhome. Bought in December 2019 it had done only 16,000 miles and is in immaculate condition. I intend to add a few more miles and I hope you can follow me on my journey.

@@BentleyOnTour so do ours Martin. Other people have done motorhome attacked ones and got nearly half a million views. Ours got to 20000 and died a death lol. Oh well, just keep plodding on I suppose.

Much better than the Hobby, that's for sure. A really nice van, but to me I think after having your big bathroom, the bathroom will be a compromise. That said, that one wasn't too bad on the shower front. I thought you'd have had more views on this. Is the make of van in the title cos I didn't notice as we watch you anyway. If it's not, get it in there for people's searches.
I think this was overall better than the Hobby. After looking again at a longer Hobby at Kempsey, I think that is discounted. I like the shower in this one. There was another van I saw at Kempsey, nit on my list and the shower was madness!!

I had a look at one, very cramped. Much rather have a coach built. And they are crazy expensive.
@danhilliam73 Depends how big you are and what your priorities are. Coachbuilts do generally have more space, but can have downsides too. As can panel van conversions. Everything is crazy expensive, apart from the campsites I have stayed in recently 😃. Thanks for dropping by.

Hi there, yes I went in one a few days ago. Different isn't it? Can't say I liked the look of it. No space to stand under the drop down bed. Even more expensive than the Adria Twin Supreme 640 SLB. Each to his own though. Thanks for dropping by. Martin.
@@BentleyOnTour Yes it is, kind of in between a campervan and a Mobilehome. Hight was ok for me :D, I need the 4 bed option sometimes. What did you think of it quality wise?
@andyantoniou4854 To be honest, I didn't spend long in it or open any cupboards. Once I saw the drop down bed I was off. Slightly wider than a panel van, so possibly more room but looks are important to me. And price 🤣
