15 days Hair growth challenge :
1st day: Apply hair pack. Leave for 1/2 hr and shampoo hair as usual
1st day night: Apply hair serum to the scalp . Leave it overnight & wash hair with plain water. Do not use shampoo.
Continue using hair serum daily at night up to 15 days (wash hair next day with plain water)
Usually serum finishes after 6 to 7 days. You can make hair pack and serum again. Use hair pack once and hair serum for next 7 days.
See the results after 15 days of continuous use.
Recipe for Hair Pack:
👉🏻 Take handful of Rice
👉🏻 Wash it twice
👉🏻 Add one tbsp licorice powder , one tbsp gooseberry powder, two tbsp black sesame, two tbsp virgin coconut oil which is cold pressed
👉🏻 Now aadd water and cook rice soft
👉🏻 After cooking strain excess water
👉🏻 Don’t throw this excess rice water
👉🏻 Now grate one gooseberry to the cooked rice
👉🏻 Add one spoon honey
👉🏻 Four to five drops of Rosemary oil
👉🏻 Now grind to make a smooth paste
👉🏻 Add water if required
👉🏻 Apply it on scalp on hair roots and all over hair
👉🏻 Leave it for 30 min and shampoo hair as usual
Do not throw out excess rice water. Make hair serum from this water as follows:
Hair Serum :
👉🏻 Boil remaining rice water for 5 min on low flame
👉🏻 Strain it through clean cotton cloth.
👉🏻 Add few drops of rosemery essential oil.
👉🏻 Shake well before use. Store in refrigerator
