Everybody was mad at Angela for wanting to tell Sheila about Mike cheating on her. Everybody wanted Sheila to walk around oblivious, but Angela. Angela knew Trina was trying to play Sheila about that lingerie. That's why every time Trina was in the room, Angela was looking at her like, "Why are you breathing the same air as me?" 😂

I feel like they kept playing Angela cuz she was dark skinned. She was the darkest out of the female friend group. I don’t think they woulda done her like that if she was similar in complexion to the other friends.

As a 23 year old I get a lot of weird looks because I don’t look forward to being in a relationship. All my life, I’ve let relationships/ friendships get the best of me and I realize I try to please others vs making myself happy first. I don’t seem to have an interest in kids too long because I feel like my impulsive tendencies would negatively affect my parenting and I don’t want to have that guilt on me

I only got to that mindset in my 20s during my 9th straight year of being celibate. Even though I am currently in a healthy relationship with my partner, the other side me wishes I would have stayed in that space permanently.

Back then as a elementary school kid, I used to love this movie. One of my favorite movies ever. But now, it just ain’t the same anymore. It’s toxic and annoying. I’ve always related to Terry. He was the best character in the entire movie that deserved better.

I loved the second movie better because it really showed you realistic couple problems like a couple who lost a child and how much that affects a marriage, a couple where it’s the woman cheating and she feels like just because it’s not physical that’s its not as bad, and of course the couple where the man has changed and isn’t cheating anymore but the woman can’t move past the hurt. Cause the whole second movie I was like nigha all you had to do was give her the damn password

OMG! I fall asleep to this and Se7en every night, I listen until I fall asleep. I've been doing this for the last 7months to help me sleep. The first night rewatching I did question a few things:
1. Patricia writing a biok about her friends, using their names, but tells the class "I don't really like to talk about my friends" Janet whet?😂
2. Terry says we're successful, but only mentions himself, his wife, Patricia, and Gavin, as if Sheila having a haircare line is minimal, as well as Marcus's career as an ex-football player.
3. The gay couple mocking Harriet Tubman was so unecessary.
4. Marcus acting like a child, tit fir tat in exposing Terry and Diane not being intimate: cringe.
5. Terry getting back with his wife after she apologized, came to ger senses was ugh!
6. Patricia and Diane not wanting to tell Sheila her man was cheating was not a friendship at all.
It was a good movie overall. I just couldn't get past seeing/hearing Madea whenever TP spoke. And him trying to get some from Diane was cringe!

I thought Troy had money. Until the 2nd movie. But I figured because he rented out his family home and had the general store that he was cool. So I thought that's what he meant when he said he did it for the enjoyment.
Diane irked my nerves! She clearly didn't like her husband. She got her tubes tied. But still didn't have sex with her husband and started dumb ass arguments for GP! Diane wants to be the rich Auntie getting her groove back down in the Atl. They could've gotten a divorce, Terry gets custody of their daughter. And she living her life like it's golden!
Angela is me, without the alcohol. Every single thing she did in regards to Sheila is me. Except for the VD. I would've used protection! And my pettiness wouldn't have admitted to a doggone thing if I got it!
