- Being the auspicious Friday of the Tamil Month of aadi we bring to you a simple lunch along with Kozhukattai or Modakam as Neivedyam
Ingredients
Kozhukattai
raw rice 1 cup
Salt a pinch
Grated coconut 2 cups
Jaggery powder 1 cup
cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Potato Fry
Potato 1/2 kg
Salt
chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Hing
Curry leaves
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds
urad dal
Channa dal
Jeera
Pumpkin Sambar
Yellow pumpkin chopped 1 cup
Tamarind small piece
Salt
Tubar dal 1/3 cup
Turmeric powder
Sambar powder 2 tsp
Hing crystals 2
Curry leaves a few
Oil 1tsp
Mustard seeds
