I really appreciated this review! I booked this room for my mom and I and we tend to spend a lot of time in our room on our cruises. I do hope that our room steward delivers a high level of service. I’m not too worried about the balcony just because we’ll be on Loft 19 A LOT.

I totally understand the human aspect of missing ports of call however, the cruise line has changed its itinerary… there should be some kind of compensation. No one will fault anyone in particular, but there is an inconvenience and this is a luxury, it’s a drop in the bucket.

Your information in not even remotely correct. ALL suites do NOT get complimentary room service, complimentary champagne on the first day, bowl of fruit, unlimited laundry service, and access to Loft 19. These perks are exclusive to Excel suites. Please do your research before you post.
