  • Tom Brown baby food is the type of food your baby need to grow healthy, plumpy and faster. It has all nutrients that will benefit your baby. Adult can have it as well and is very easy to prepare.
You can use tombrown to prepare fufu/swallow if you are trying to loose weight. So give this a try....

This is How to make plantain flour
    • How to make plantain f...
This is how to make Soyabeanspowder
    • How to make soya beans...
    Tombrown recipe :
    Beans
    Corn/maize
    Millet/dawa
    Date(optional)
    Plantain flour(optional)
    Crayfish
    Stockfish (optional)
    Soya beans
This is the measurement I used cos i wanted a larger quantity. You can go for 500grams of corn, 400g of millet, 2cups of beans, half cup of crayfish so the smell will not overpower others, 1cup of dried unripe plantain, 10pieces of dry date, 1smal dry fish or Stockfish, 500g of soya beans. But if you are not making a large quantity, reduce the amount you are measuring

My question is this, must milk or baby formula be added to it b4 giving the baby?? Can't I just make and give my son like that without milk

    • @Jossypassion
      @Jossypassion  Před 3 lety +2

Sure you can give it like that without milk is a personal decision, secondly putting milk on it is just to sweeten it up, remember we put sugar in pap to make it drinkable. But if your baby can drink it without you adding milk, is ok

This is the measurement I used.

I will advise you reduce the beans only cos it has a strong taste and smell. If u want to make a big quantity use others like that but reduce the beans
