This is really what a budget setup should be, not some crappy pc setup with the worst specs known to man.
Also the mouse is a Honeycomb Gaming Mouse in designs

if u dont want the controller to turn off then put a wire and connect it to xbox i did it my controller never turns off

I use the same xbox as you, and I also play on KBM and my controller shuts off all the time. But I found a way to fix it, If you turn off your controller before you start loading into Fortnite it will think that your controllers on but your controllers of so it won't show you the message
