1,000 Mile Road trip To Race, and Be A Judge at PRI Show!

- For years I have wanted to go to PRI show in Indianapolis, Indiana and was never able to go because of my limited vacation time I had at my old job. This year I decided that it was finally time to make the trip up there and it did not disappoint. PRI show is basically like SEMA but without the show cars , it is just marketed towards racers which is exactly the type of show I love. I was selected as a judge for the featured products this year and we were also able to race the electric go karts around the race track inside Lucas Oil Stadium! We had a blast and the karts were super fast , but who had the faster lap time? We also took a detour by my childhood home just to realize it had been torn down.

I watch Dylan McCool, Vice Grip Garage, and a few others, but Sleeperdude is by far my favorite channel. Not saying that to blow smoke. You guys have the family aspect, the animals, great sense of humors, etc. Always excited when a new Sleeperdude video drops. Keep up the good work guys.

I have had to stay at rooms like this for work and I ALWAYS felt out of place. I just stayed in my room until I ABSOLUTELY had to leave for meetings. I grew up on a farm until I was 3 or 4 but my family never really lost their roots. This is why I really feel at home when I watch your videos. Thank you for taking us along 😊

OMG, Tosh showed SO much natural ability driving that kart!!! She never overdrove it, or got her hands moving too fast and overcorrect. (Josh did both...) And all that despite her nerves!!
Give that woman an hour or so of drift lessons, she would be amazing! Make it happen , maybe Tony Angelo? It would be awesome content!!! She has talent... and more nerve than she lets on.

18:18 round top structures are Kilns. Bricks, pottery, Terracotta pipes and Architectural Terracotta pieces, etc. are fired and hardened in these. They are called Bee Hive Kilns and were heated by wood initially and now mostly natural gas today. My wife and I photographed The Gladding McBean Company in Lincoln, CA where they still make terracotta pipes and also the fancy Architectural Terracotta you see on skyscrapers, large buildings, banks and churches all across America and the world (and in downtown Indianapolis 😁). It's always interesting the feelings you have when you go back to visit your old stomping grounds. I had a similar trip a few years back when I went back to my old neighborhood where I grew up at. Saw my old home, my old school, my old church. All those memories you just have stored in some place in your mind come flooding back. Life's an experience that I just feel lucky to share with you all.

The look on her face was great when she told Josh we got the presidential suite. Looked like you both had a very good time in Indy. And the trip back home was uneventful. I still remember those days of high octane gas Ethel even back then it wasn't cheap like$1.29 gallon in the early seventies and regular was like 69 to 79 cents a gallon. Your videos are whole some like a modern day Andy Griffith Show, or Little House on the Prairie! I can't get enough of them! I was born and raised in East TN, and my family's roots goes back many generations in East TN (English, Irish and Native American). Most of my family has passed away now, not to long ago I lost my mom and shortly afterwards my last brother. My brother played a lot of bluegrass, he was a awesome Scruggs style banjo picker and use to give lessons at one time. BTW when ever you all pass a Kentucky sign and say "Kentucky!" I think you all might possibly be thinking of The Osborne Brothers song "Kentucky" My dad was a awesome mechanic and could fix anything, he also use to build drag motors for a man who had good success with his engines, he also done some machining work. (Josh you are a good mechanic yourself!) Your videos makes me feel good, you all are like family to me! I completely understand Tosh's language, I speak it too! I use to get teased by my accent/brogue at times, but I was always proud of where I came from and never tried to change it. I am also the same way with loving dill pickles and drinking the juice, loving to fish and countless other things I can completely relate too. I love y'all and I am proud of yens all! It is easy to see y'all are good genuine people and I wish you all much success with your CZcams channels and hope they keep growing! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Man I had a 70 Monte Carlo, the first year. 350/350t transmission. It had 275 h.p. and something else wrote on the breather cover(turbo jet/fire?)
Somebody tell me please. It is my favorite car I've ever had. A 70 SS with horseshoe shifter and a 454 or 396 would have been my dream car. But I would die for my old 70! White letter 70s all around for grabbing the asphalt, rally wheels with beauty rings for looks. Midnight blue with blacked out windows(took me a month to get used to driving at night) I sold the 70 for 350 or $450 with a locked up engine. The guy I sold it to came with a trailer to haul it. He put oil in it, a battery and drove it to his place. I'm still sick for selling it. Thank you alcohol and drugs😢
That was in 89 or 90 when I sold it. Sorry for anybody that caught me reminiscing. 70-72 monte Carlos are ridiculously priced nowadays
