You really gave Ash too much Plot Armor and also to the other characters too.
I can see Ash getting the Gym batches due to the Gym Leader's sympathy for him as he is really very hardworking and dedicated.
But in Indigo League, Ritchie won't be able to defeat Ash. His Charmander(Zippo) and Pikachu(Sparky) aren't strong enough to defeat Ash's Kingler, Muk, Tauros or even Bulbasaur. So Ash will qualify to the next round and fight with the Trainer who defeated Ritchie but he managed to take down 5 of her Pokemons and her final Pokemon was Ivysaur who defeated Sparky with no-little difficulty and Ash's Kingler is certainly strong enough to tie with it at least but Ash's overall Team is better so he would win with her and that Trainer probably came 3rd in the League. So I guess Ash will be a semifinalist and loose to either the Champion or the Runner up of Indigo League.
Against Tad's Poliwrath, I could see Ash using his Snorlax but he would loose and then gain respect for Ash and in the next round may defeat it but still I give Tad around 70% chance of winning in the rematch too. From now on we could see a much more serious Snorlax who wouldn't sleep occasionally and would love to battle.
And there is no way Ash is winning against Drake. Snorla isn't even 75% of Charizard so he would win against Electrabuzz but would loose to Dragonite. He could also bring Kingler or Muk against him but then also he would end up loosing.
In Jhoto, Ash is gonna catch Chikorita as he still had Heracross and I think even Bayleaf is behind Heracross, so Ash will have Bayleaf and Don't forget Snorlax is there too and he is serious one unlike the one shown.
And against Falkner, we would probably see Heracross Vs Pigeot which Heracross would loose but probably in round 2 Ash with Chickorita, Pikachu and Heracross might defeat Falkner with Hoot-hoot, Dodrio and Pigeot but I still give Falkner a higher chance of winning by at least 70%. Or probably, Ash would Replace Chickorita with Snorlax and beat Falkner Fair and Square
And against Unknown's Entie, I agree Ash would die. Probably Delia, Misty, Brock and all the Pokemons would end up being dead for taking revenge against Ash. Seeing all this Molly would also take her life as well as she would be devastated, so to stop Unknown's Destruction, Lance and all the Elite 4's Of Jhoto and Kanto would arrive along with Drake and would succede in stopping them.
Now in Jhoto League, Gary Vs Harrison could go either way as Ash used a stronger Team against Gary as compared to Harrison and I certainly don't think that Charizard, Snorlax and Bayleaf would have grown significantly stronger after fighting against Gary Pokeomons and just the next day, they had to fight Harrison. And excluding Ash's those 3, its clear that Ash's Tauros, Heracross and Muk are certainly stronger than Ash's Noctowl, Pikachu(Jhoto) and Totodile. So i think, Gar would win tthe Jhoto League.
In Hoenn League, Morrison Vs Tyson, I give higher chance to Morrison as Ash almost beat Tyson but with Morrison, it was clearly a 6V4 battle as Morrison didn't wanted to battle Ash so early and lost his Growlithe and Girrafrig to Ash's Corphish as he didn't command them to attack Corphish. So probably Morrison would win the Hoenn League.
From Sinnoh, I don't think there are any flaws.
