Bronte was enviably all legs in the first song - she looked lovely :) and they all sung the second song so well, I love it.

During the first song I thought they were all pretty much equal, but you can really tell the difference with the theatrical song

Lauren was easily the strongest vocally. She also had the most distinguished emotion during both of the numbers. She was a very strong contender, but perhaps too mature for Dorothy.
Claire was fairly strong. Her vocals were great in both numbers, and her acting was quite nuanced. I like the look she gave the camera, but I don't think she's quite as strong a contender as the rest
Katie was the weakest easily. Her vocals were sometimes a bit too shrill and she didn't have very clear diction. Her acting was not very distinguished either.
Bronte was also a strong contender, as she sang very well and had good presence. Her acting was also very nuanced, but with more effect than I think Claire had. I think she should have got further than she did.
The fluffs in s2 e1 are my brain cells agree about Bronte, I remember being sad when she left so early! I’m surprised Claire wasn’t the wild card...

I don't think Lauren is not going to win it, she does not have the public support. But I reckon these 4 shuld get together and and form a group.

Katie is amazing. I was gutted when she did't get through. She's my perfect Dorothy, but I guess ALW and the panel know more about it than I do.

One of the strongest group performances of the competition. Claire was a very strong contender - such as shame that she was just a wild card. I'm sure that she has a great career ahead of her. I sincerely hope that she continues to look for professional stage work. All four of them were exceptionally good - they knock spots off Charlotte Church. I thought the Beeb picked an excellent selection of songs for this series. This kind of programming is far superior to ITV's X Factor.

Okay, this may just be me, but is there not something just the teensiest bit Kimberley Walsh about Katie?
Either way, I hope she gets the wildcard vote - thought she was great.
Although Claire has a magnificent voice, I suspect the reason she didn't go through was because the group was instructed to interpret the second song (about someone being sad to leave university and return home) and unlike the rest of the group she just didn't do that - she simply belted the song out. I loved Katie ... I hope she's the no.11 wildcard.

I seriously don't understand why Claire Harbourne didn't make it through - it's completely ridiculous, she has everything they were looking for, she was even complimented by Charlotte Church and still they didn't let her in. She would've gone so far had she been in it, they made a big mistake there. I wish her good luck in everything she does, prove them wrong!!

I really dont like the song "Legally Blonde". It just doesnt take me anywhere. Its just plain to me. The performance was very good, I just dont like song
