    Glad I ran onto to this channel. I just got some of this not nearly as involved but it was a learning experience. I just finished a g56 conversion on my 95 4x4 dodge ram . The floor shifters are completely different on my truck the 95 and later years which I'd what the g56 came out of . So I cut out and welded in a later model floor in my truck . I got the later model floor welded in with a wire welder . I used a Metabo to cut and fit in . After welding I uses seam sealer paint and under coat . Then several layers of x Matt for sound deading. . I wanted to uses the lower rubber boots and have the area where the floor shifter seals properly.

    Once again a great video I always learn so much watching you.
    You, your skill & your truck have inspired me to buy my first running & driving project. It’s a 1969 Dodge Sweptline longbed, 318 - 4 speed & patina for days, teal just like your truck too. Picking it up Tuesday.
    I’ll send you some pictures on insta, same username as I have here.
    When will you have shirts available again?

      Ya I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because it would be a tough task. Over all the panels have for well from EMS. The braces though, not so much.

    • @PuddinsFabShop
      @PuddinsFabShop  Před 3 lety +1

      That’s hard to tell honestly as Chris supplied all the parts and I just did the labor. We fixed an incredible amount of rust in the car.

      This looks like it'll need a drivers quarter due to the super thick bondo up inside the wheelwell. It also needs floors, toeboards and inner rockers
