My CPU temp is always super high even when nothing is running. I have the same hardware except with a 3070. How can I keep the temp low like yours?
why cant i find graphics switcher on my omen gaming hub?
I have a hp omen 16 like yours
Specs:
CPU: i7 13th gen
Gpu rtx 4070 8gb
240 Hz screen
32 Gb ram (2x16)
I play games on this laptop sometimes it just gets worse then using GeForce now on my laptop for 150 Euros
But when it works I can play games on 220fps - 280 fps depending on the game but when the lag spike happens my mouse makes it lag more even on the lowest game possible like spiderheck is the lowest game I have that doesn’t need an extremely good gaming pc/laptop idk what to do I searched up everything but then I saw your video I hope u can help 😭😭
Hello can you please help me out i have the hp omen 16 rtx 3060 i7 12 gen whenever im playing games it works fine but then its performance drops like to 40-50fps in fortnite and then i have to unplug it and then plug it back in this way the issue is fixed but i have to do it again and again can you please help out…

Great question! If you go into your settings and search for "Bluetooth & Devices" and then Touchpad, you can try doing a "Reset" first.
You can also try fixing touchpad issues with a driver update on this page.
There should be an option titled something like "Fixing touchpad problems." (May be towards the bottom of the page).
Clicking on the option opens a webpage that walks you through how to update the driver.
There is also a reinstall option, but I'd use that only as a last resort.
Try resetting the trackpad and testing.
If that doesn't work, try updating the driver and testing.

It's a static problem, search it like touchpad static issue hp omen, u have to put a wire between the touchpad and a screw so it work like the earth of a circuit and gets rid of the static.
My omen 15 with ryzen 5 ant rtx 3060 is not as near as responsive as yours :O wow. Idk if it is the 8 gb of ram slowing it down or if it is manufacturing error. Each update my Omen is getting slower and slower. Sometimes when i press start button I have to wait for reaction, after typing password for loging to windows it takes more time than my old windows 10 pc with ssd. Battery drains pretty quick and my laptop is not even 1 years old!
Have you ever faced any trackpad lagging issue ??
