Thought's creation , the manufactured self , is controlled by thought and this self creates its own opposite , self destruction.
The human is dominated by thought .
And thought creates the opposites .
Very interesting ! Idea is an observation ! We made a conclusion that Idea is a " Good Thought . " We leave a side observing !!
I wish I could have heard him in person.I connect so much with the way he thinks and talks. A very rare truly honest soul.
I had the opportunity to listen to him in person and I can confirm he was the only completely truly and honest man I had ever met.
That we are the experience escapes us. No separation.

Because the fact remains that we keep chattering with occasional, perhaps rare moments of attention.
So, the question to investigate is "why do we keep chattering?"
No, it isn't. You just have a pre-formed idea of what knowledge should sound like.

I think it aptly represents the opposing doors of the imaginary idealistic rooms we live in and then try to shift to the opposing rooms in the hope of finding something better.
Yet we are essentially stuck, despite the back and forth in the corridor.
Then we dissolve the mind, which is the way to achieve अद्वैत।

@@Gaurav.P0 The mechanism that projects life as a "I have to be what I have to be", it never ends, it is just that, it is the circle of thought. It proposes solutions to problems, recreating causality (time and space), fragmentation, but this is fictitious, since the problem and the solution form an indivisible dual pair. "I have to dissolve the opposites" is a sample of the thought, with the same basic substance as the sample "I have to behave well with my son", for example.

After experiencing “what is”, labeling it and not liking it one comes up with an idea of its opposite. One hopes to get the opposite of “what is the reality”.
The opposing “idea” is born out of its own opposite “which was the reality” is illusory.
One has created duality through ideation and is caught in duality and K is clarifying there is no duality but only “what is” the reality just deal with it.
Nobody likes that!!
Can you explain this with example?

To even think that opposites exist in this world, is that a perspective rooted in illusion? Immediately, when one sees opposites, there is conflict and division.

Be careful with interpreting what is being said regarding opposites - Krishnamurti is explaining that opposites are real in the physical realm of life, but not in the psychological world. That’s the only point of distinction he’s making and therefore he is bringing clarity to where opposites are necessary and conversely where they cause conflict. Conditioning that we received from traditional society and families doesn’t make the essential understanding clearly, so the habits that are present in the psychological perspective are dangerous because they are formed into the corridor of opposites. It’s difficult to understand, the subtle nuances are being overlooked unless the explanation is seen as a fact, not made into an idea.
