I'm actually taking my finals and I've tried my best to keep a healthy lifestyle during exam period (something I'm not used to doing) and it helped so much with my anxiety, motivation and energy levels and overall mental health. Your brother is so right about how anxiety can stem from inaction. I was so anxious, so on edge, couldn’t sleep. Then, as soon as I did one of the things I was procrastinating on (applying to college) all of my worries went away?? (I mean, I’m still anxious over whether or not I’m accepted but at least I’m not anxious for no reason now)

I’ve felt burnt out lately. I’m still getting used to my period since having a baby. It came back so soon this time :( I was so not used to the symptoms that I really thought I was pregnant again. Thankfully not that at least. My kids both slept at the same time though, so I got a good workout finally. Also, investing in skin care is the best thing I ever did. I had a patient ask me if I was in college, and was shocked when I told her I’m 30…it made my DAY.
