IT NEED TO BE RE-INSTALLED WITH THE LEVER HANDLE IS OVER THE LOCK CYLINDER.(the lock cylinder, is where you insert your key to unlock your door) or another scenario..is when he INSTALLED YOUR DOOR UPSIDE DOWN TOO.. that is another posibility.... i hope i got your point...
