Depends on the server but I wouldn’t recommend always pumping as much health as possible, on servers where health goes past 700 and flame throwers are easily accessible I would stay under 700 as it’s the sweet spot where the flat health gain from med brews are able to cancel out the %based flame tick
that’s actually a valid point I didn’t know about flamethrowers and the hp cap, but if you’re level like 120-150 and can mindwipe regularly having that much HP is huge for PvP without flameys
Also when making your char, there is a method running around currently ( tested again before posting this ) that allows you to have a character that others cannot get a headshot on.. kind of OP and im sure it will be patched soon
same thing w stopping breaking legs by making massive arms on ASA since the characters are smaller

Brotha Ive got a note run that is mostly the same as the regular one everyone has been doing on the island for years, but now on ASA, ive got a note run thats garanteed to get you to lvl 100 and all ive done is paid attention to which notes to grab first depending on their xp multiplier, and added a couple notes that extend to the end of the regular note run.. id make a video but am soo terrible, if you would like to do one with this new method i would be more then willing to show you ❤

Beer op. To cut grapples you just look at the player and volcano is like 12x so never build there lol
yeah I forgot to mention the volcano damage. Still see ppl built there all the time too 😭
One thing I never understood is why did they remove the benefits from being a Male character?
In ARK Evolved, being a certain gender had benefits.
Males get faster swing speed, but you generally had a bigger hitbox.
Females get a slower swing speed, but you generally had a smaller hitbox.
Now in ARK Ascended, the Females model is just better because you can only get the benefit from having a smaller hitbox than Males.
Basically forcing everyone to be small Females if they are trying to get the best advantage in pvp.
As a whole. ARK Ascended is just a flop in every way possible except for visuals. :(
while I agree that having a pro to either model is a good thing, even with a faster swing speed that really means close to nothing in PvP. It might help early game and it might make farming a little faster but once you got tames and any other weaponry you wouldn’t even notice it to begin with. Ark ascended in my opinion is better for PvP at the moment only because a lot of the bullshit that came with gen 2 isn’t in the game. But for PVE it’s 100% worse than ASE

@@jawn5its the other way around pve is better on asa but pvp is way worse then pvp, also the swing speed matters for cutting grapples not farming early gane, still female chars are better
@@justslayiin hell no it’s almost unanimous that pve is worse on asa because there’s barely any content. You’re paying for the same game but only 3 of the maps. Ase has more content and more mods atm. ASA pve will one day be better tho lowk. ASA PvP is better Imo because there’s no gen 2 bs that most players dislike it’ll peak when ext drops I think. Also swing speed don’t matter for grapples, if you hit the right spot once it cuts instantly w any cutter.
Because they are woke af and hate the patriarchy lol
At this point ik prob every way to build a deathwall, but never did an online Defense and never did some real foot PvP 😭💀

How do you go about finding tribe mates?
Just playing the game and interacting with people honestly. You can try discords and if you’re on Xbox looking for group posts if you wanna find people faster
@@jawn5 oh cool, I'm on Steam and there's no way for me to create a group unfortunately and nobody ever shows interest recruiting / joining in-game so I'm always solo
if u play PvP on steam it’s sweaty af so your best/only chance is probably discords or potentially different forums/ joining random servers and seeing if anyone wants to join up.
