when i was in high schol 71 kg i could line 9 muscle ups - at that time i could do 17 chin ups now 25 yo 89 kgs- 1 muscle up and that with 1 elbow at the time .. fuk my life

Thanks dude, you're absolutely right. It's all in the grip, I wasn't able to do a single muscle up because I didn't know how to loosen & rotate my grip on the bar. But I need to do pull ups to chest levels instead of only head over the bar as your instructions says, I believe I have the strength to do it but lack all the proper techniques to succeed. I guess muscle ups is like learning how to swim, no other way but the right way.

I used the mindset of pushing myself over the bar as opposed to pulling myself high. like the opposite of a barbell lateral raise. Pushing my weight up instead of trying to pick it up. Helped me idk if you guys would feel the same

for those who didn't get it in 5 min don't be dissapointed XD you should be able to do 10 pullups and 10 bardips ... about 2 months of training will be enough for an absolute beginner ;)
