      and u usualy look like u use xero shoes. or is this just a missunddrstanding on my part. but do i see barefoot shoes?

      on snow i cant really decypher the type of shoe but i was getting curiouse... also.what are your favorite rope types for heavy and light rope

      As for the shoes, you are correct. I’ve been using Xeros for couple of years now. This model is called Denver. Poor choice to walk on ice, but I like it anyway 😊
      My fave ropes come from Winding Ropes and Slushropes. Excellent flow quality and the brands are very supportive of the community, so I like to support them back.
      The rope in this video is my collaboration rope with Slushropes, but I like their Flaming Bolt too.
      Of the heavier ropes, I use the Ghost Shark and Great White Shark from Winding Ropes
