FINDING FLOW IN ST. MORITZ | Mountain Biking the Engadin in Switzerland

- After finishing up my trip with Ben Jones I headed over to Pontresina to ride with my buddy Darco from Allegra Tourism.
We had rain for a couple days and I wasn't able to film until we did this mountain bike adventure, which took us to the top of the Corviglia tram and back down to the Chantarella station.

I've always wanted to go mountain biking there since like 1996 when I was a teenager. Had a subscription to Mountain Bike Magazine and they had Switzerland in it back then.
Wow I love Switzerland, everything just works and works well.
Far and away the flowiest big mountain trail I've seen...... I could ride that all day long!

I'm so glad you take time to film the bits in between - awesome to see how well equipped these places are for bikes. I've a long way to go in terms of ability, as well as needing a more durable bike, but its nice to know, being from Ireland that these places aren't that far away compared to your normal home runs in the U.S and Canada. Had two major crash last September and on a long road to recovery. Been using mtb pov video to keep me company on eliptical trainer for my rehab. This one, got me swivelling my head, swaying my hip, bending my knees just like being on the bike myself. It's so flowy I got vertigo 😆 Awesomeness!

I went there last year, so beautiful .. you can just walk around or go for running on the mountain and around the lake sivaplanna or st.moritz lake.. so amazing, this year i am going back and will do the mountain bike for sure.
That flow was blowing my mind! I need to watch that five more times to get ideas for Griffin Bike Park. My wife is now convinced we need to make a trip out there. Thanks for keeping the language PG so I can show the kids.

I totally agree! There's plenty of great riding footage, but it's all embedded into a larger story that holds it together. I also really love the bits of commentary, and last but not least, how the relationship with Darko is being portrayed: Doesn't distract from the main focus of the video, but its not superficial either.

I been watch ur videos for 2 yrs now and u videos r kick ass... I watch a lot of guys mountain bikes videos just to check out all the bad ass place ppl ride at... I love riding it's like the only time when nothing in life matter but enjoying the ride... haven't been out riding in 6 or 7 month due to my 2 bikes getting stolen and I cant see putting out another 3,500 bucks out on a bike again... so keep the awesome videos rolling out

Wow. Awesome! Awesome trail. This Looks like so much fun. This part of Switzerland is amazing. If you dabble in a bunch of outdoor sports, there is so much stuff in this part of Switzerland for us "outdoories" to do. Further down the valley past St. Moritz near Vicosoprano is some of the best alpine rock climbing in the alps. Its just a stunning part of the world. Keep the videos coming Brian!

Those are gates to keep cattle inside the (electrified) fences. At 12:04 you can see one quite nicely.
