They invited an incredible 7000 invitations and the lowest CRS score for this draw was 490.
The tiebreaker date of 16 February 2023 applied to the score of profiles with a score of 490.

Hi Kubeir, thanks for all the great work! Had qq: I am on WP in Vancouver and awaiting OINP nomination soon (in DIP stage) and thereafter ITA (fingers crossed). Once I get COPR, can I get it signed at border in Vancouver BC and then move to ON, or do I need to go to Ontario border to get it signed by officer?
Yes u can do it. In most cases u may not need to go to the border anyways as being inside Canada you will get copr by email

Hey Kubeir, After getting an ITA, in the current role lets say the NOC is different and one gets promoted in the same organization and the NOC now changes, do we create two different Work Experience as NOCs are different or single Work History and a Letter of Explanation explaining the change would suffice.

Hi kubeir, Iâm in side canada and I am going to apply for CEC, I have 3 years of teer 3 level experience in my home country and those are not in the same occupation( each one year in 3 jobs) Can I collect full points for 3 year foreign experience? ( when I calculate points on cic website tool it shows foreign experience should be in one occupation to get points ) my primary occupation is canadian one that is retail sales supervisor.

Is reference letter from supervisor signed on letter head fine or it should be from HR team only . Should I need to get it notarized even though manager signed it on company letter head . I m seeing different answers from the group . Please help

Hi Kubeir, if I have an LMIA and also got ITA in this draw (Work permit not applied yet as LMIA got approved recently). Do I still need to apply for work permit or should I just proceed for PR basis ITA. Hope it wonât be taken negatively while processing the ita. Request your guidance
You can proceed with Lmia and points. Don't need to apply for wp if you don't wish to

How many more ITA 'S left under FSW for 2023
I got ITA today but I will complete two years in end of April 2023.I will loose my 5 point for age in 1st week of April 2023.Does it affect on my process if I submit my profile in May before ITA expires?

No dear you're on the other side of the pool now. This step is done for you.
Everything gets locked after you receive AOR, your scores get locked only after submitting your profile after receiving ITA, you can check with someone else as well
I had received ONIP noi under human capital stream. My pgwp is expiring next month. Can i submit for Bridging work permit on this basis?
No. Only after you have AOR from IRCC

No not fine. Ur sibling is not a PR until first landing and residing in Canada

Hi sir, I am working as personal support worker under an agency. But I donât have any psw certification and training. I am working as a home care worker but in employment letter they gave title as PSW. I talked with different lawyers, one of them told me, PSW is now in teer 3. Other lawer told me that its still in teer 4 and also I am working for an home care agency so that PSW position not goes under nursing aid category ( teer 3). Could please give me a suggestion regarding this

I consulted Nikolett but didn't like her presentation, I already mentioned beforehand to ask about mandates of trade certification for pnp, over call she said I am not sure, I would better have asked you via super chat instead of consulting her. Felt wastage of money. Not eligible for OINP under international graduate stream and she said no more eligible for OINP.
We regret you feel this way. She did tell you about the trade certificate and that it's ineligible. It's unfortunate that does not allow you to apply for the OINP and we can understand how frustrating that can be. Wishing you all the best ahead

There used to be priority occupations draws under HCP in Oinp for HR and sales managers. Last draw happened on feb 22, 22. After that, nothing happened.

I finished my PhD last week and just received the final transcript and official degree completion certificate. My degree will be conferred on July.
Are the final transcript and official completion certificate enough as proof of canadian education?
I am stressed out and really donât want to decline.

Now I am freaking out. The Certificate my university issued contains : my full name and date of birth

Please tell how old our PCC can be while filing EE... like is it ok if PCC is 4-5 month old when applying for EE .I got PCC done early in anticipation that i will get invited..but not yet received invitation.. so like PCC validity is 6 months... so when submitting, what can be its age?
It should be valid at least when you submit your application and receive AOR. If itâs due to expire soon, no need to panic, IRCC will raise an ADR asking you to submit a new one at a later stage, thanks!

Just drop an e-mail to OINP and update the IELTS in EE, youâre unnecessary making it sound complicated when itâs not that complicatedđ

Hi Kubeir, for FSW program, and after submitting the file. if the the visa officer will ask for ADR, will they be requested after or before biometrics letter?
The officer has the authority to raise ADR at any given time while your application is under process, thanks!

Hello Sir, i have a CRS of 473. Can I expect to get nomination from Ontario PNP tech draw in the upcoming draw. Right now the lowest score in OINP is 479. My NOC is present in it.

Received ITA under CRS 507, but I don't complete 2 yr work xp until April 26 (EE system's fault). My CRS score with 1 yr xp is 482. Do I hold onto the ITA and then apply? What's your success rate with this case for your clients?

I really donât understand 2 things .
1) IRCC stopped 2 draws and third draw is done for 7000 candidates . Actually it should be 10,500 (based on missed draws).
Why everyone is praising IRCC for 7000 draw ?
2) we have lot of experienced immigration consultants living in Canada with lot of CZcams channels . How come they donât know anything about what happens inside IRCC , why the draw is on hold ? Is it so confidential ?
1. We are happy that IRCC did conduct a draw and that too with a big number 7000. They could easily have not conducted or conducted a smaller draw. They are not obligated to compensate for the missed draws. Hence expected 10500 is đ€·
2. Just because we are Immigration consultants does not mean we or any one for that matter is privy to the government's think-tank
