Update: I stopped talking to the new guy because I only wanted to be with due to feeling lonely. The old guy texted me a while ago and told me he had a dream about me and apologized for everything. I didn’t forgive him and now he follows me on the gram and I don’t follow him back. I have moved on and it’s hard to be single, but I am pretty happy now.

Sooo... now I'm 16, still single and still haven't had my first kiss. This summer I friendzoned for the first time a boy and I think I cried more than him. It's so shitty to think that he probably liked me as I like my crushes and that I made him sad. We knew each other for very few days so I am kinda surprise that he caught feelings so fast and most of all FOR ME. It's so weird. I mean, I'm usually the one who catches feelings way too fast.
I have never been in friend zone because I have never revealed my feelings to my crushes. Most of the times I have never talked to them. Being shy and insecure ruins everything. I've never tried to do something with a boy because I genuinely think I can't like to anyone.
I have never hang out with only a boy and I think I have only one male "friend", but he's toxic. I had a crush on him before becoming his friend. I helped him to get in a relationship with a girl I know even thought I had a crush on him, what a clown. Anyway, I found out he's quite toxic so I'm trying to stay away from him, but it's kinda hard because then I won't have any male friends, I know... it's stupid.
What I really wanted to say in this comment is that I'm not really sure I want a boyfriend, I'm afraid the society is making me think that I want a boyfriend. Most of my friends have been in a relationship, but not in a serious way.
