- Madhu Varma Mantena is an Indian film producer and entrepreneur involved in the production and distribution of films since more than 14 years. He started off by handling the marketing side of his cousin and Bollywood director Ram Gopal Varma's film company Factory, and then went on to set up various companies across the different verticals of the entertainment and media industries.
In 2008, Madhu Mantena co-produced Ghajini which was the highest grossing Indian film for that year. After co-founding Phantom Films in 2011 with Anurag Kashyap, Vikas Bahl, and Vikramaditya Motwane, Madhu produced a string of either critically or commercially successful movies such as Lootera, Queen, Ugly, Hunterrr, Masaan, Udta Punjab, Trapped and Super 30.

Bhai .... The producers also make money via Satellite and OTT platforms...so you should also include that..and also Music rights
@@thesam27hosh movie hit or flop is usually based on Box office numbers. The total amount made definitely includes all these revenue.
Bahut badhiya episode, Sahil Bhai. I would have liked to know a little about IP rights of movies, are the deals with TV/OTT for a certain period of time or outright ? Also, wanted to know the same about series/movies made exclusively for OTT eg. Sacred Games, Lust Stories etc. Really enjoyed this episode with Madhu Sir.

1. 45:24 - Don't do this speed up thing. It's insulting to the person on the screen
2. You don't need to be in the split-screen always. If you have something to show (reaction, question, comment, etc) only then show yourself. Add another camera for a third shot of the two people
3. Chapter placement is excellent. Very helpful
4. Keep going :)
Asking people to speed up is not insulting the interviewee; the person has accepted that he is not fluent in Hindi, so his speed will definitely be less than avg. Hindi speaking person so speeding up will only save time of the audience. Although I believe he should have sped up the video at 1.25x during the edit itself.
