I think she is by far one of the only singers to show her flaws live, which is her shyness on stage. Showing such qualities like that gives her such a normal character to love and respect. Sure she doesn’t have the best sustained notes and she’s little flat on some parts but she’s grown a lot from this performance. She’s in pitch she just has a jazz sound that purposely sounds off key because of the note changes. I’d rather hear the flaws in someone’s vocals than Autotune or lip synching. Even the greatest of artists would sound flat and not their best. However I respect your opinion (albeit a little harsh opinion) because singing is subjective. Us fans like her because of her rawness and vocal hiccups and her songwriting is immaculate.
