I really like the watcher night fight in the pantheons. It's really fun to shred your way through them while trying to conserve health and soul for the next fight
I still don't know, I'm on my first playthrough and I'm going through the pantheons. I'm very indecisive, but so far I'd have to say grim. No reason why.

Personally, mechanical difficulty alone isn’t enough to make me budge, I enjoy the art and lore aspects of the game too. Those factors are what has Hollow Knight as one of my favorites, the difficulty and mechanics offered by endgame bosses is just the icing on the cake The walk to Nosks’ room where you’re being lured into a trap and the lore behind the Collector plus his goofy intro with the distorted sountrack are 2 of my favorite parts of the game
Dung Defender is one of the best bosses imo, it's fun while also difficult in a way, and it's very unexpected...especially after you fight him and notice his name and what he was actually throwing at you... AND THEN HIS DREAM FIGHT IS JUST BEAUTIFUL, I love the color he turns in the dream fight, white and all, so pretty imo :D
I love dung defender so much! The music is incredible, attacks and boss design. It's so sad when you find out about his lore and how he is the only knight of hallownest left 😢 :(

i feel like absrad is kinda underrated actually. sure it's a bit bs sometimes but undoubtedly one of the most fun bosses in the game. but sadly it makes a lot of people very salty.

Use dream wielder and spell twister for this fight. Dreamnail watcher knight twice while it's waking up. proceed to throw 6 spells at it.
