Hi Whitney been struggling lately I am a gym girly and have been for years now but have back pain at night and in the morning which is now meant that I can only walk. Struggling with my mental health bcoz my physical health and the endorphins I can’t seem to get from just walks is really wearing on me now 5 months in. I just got married in December too at my strongest and felt amazing.
