Also NTSB reported the ships black box is missing 2 mins of info leading up to the crash.

Although there will presumably be horrendous traffic delays over those bridges and roads, I suspect it would still be quicker to use those alternative routes, than to cross by ferry. So the business case for running one might be dubious - even assuming a suitable one (and port points to load/unload it) can be found.
