Near Miss as KLM avoids Birdstrike on landing

I agree. If in doubt, Go Around.
Discussion thought, if you got that close, would you really want to apply Full Power when there's an increased risk of ingesting one of the birds?
I would definitely think about continuing unless the flight path became unstable, even after hitting a bird.
Then again, that is a discussion you can have before the next approach...
