What is the cancellation charges in " Redraw", if customer didnt get good unit and surrendering just after redraw result? Usually redraw happens after 2 years of commencement of project however for applicant this is just a new entry. Cancellation shall be Rs 25000 or 25000+1% or 25000+3% ... pls advise
Very useful information. Hw much builder can deduct incase one get demand letter while his name is in waiting list. Also do wait list person get a option or choice whether he can reject the flat offered by the builder. Can builder deduct 25k + gst in that case or more. Appreciate ur views. Thanks

Some dealers in the market is giving information that if u surrender the unit within a week time Rs25000 plu one percent the project cost plus GST amount will be deducted from your initial booking amount. For habitat, the online applications last date was extended to 5th sep 2021, so draw is not possible tje next day. 6th sep draw date was scheduled as per old application end date 14/08. MRG 106 last application date was also extended but for few days. So it may still happen on scheduled 10th sep 2021 as they still have time or tbey may extend it by a week.....
No Option to withdraw in TCP Portal after application end date. Even if applicant wants to withdraw before the Draw Date, he/she cant do that and face cancellation charges if sucessful in draw.

But withdrawal option is still open for the general public in 99A. U can still withdraw and also submit the application if u have deposited your application money in time
