SIB Fishing UK my first trip of the year catching Codling, Whiting and Dabs. The day started off well with no wind but then the forecasted easterly picked. I got to try out the cupped propeller and raised transom height and DIY permatrim which have worked out OK.

Looks like you had the same day as me... All the fish were on the ebb. Once the tide started to flood, they just switched off....

Yes mate right at the bottom of the tide, then nothing on the flood🤷🏼. How was the sand at Newbiggin?

@@TheHopefulAngler Horrendous!!!! The beach cleaner had gone through and 'fluffed' the sand up, making it feel like we're pulling through sugar! Just lucky there were three of us to help pull each other up! (Davey wasn't out, but came down to help..)

@@TheHopefulAngler Not a chance! You're better off going out with someone now to make it an easier pull there and back....
