Beautiful family...What I love most is how the siblings treat one another...they don't compete for attention, they don't steal the shine from one another and the parent's do not make differences in the children...also the parents do not talk down to the children...making 1 feel less than the others as I have seen parents do on youtube...Great parents and beautiful children/siblings ❤❤❤❤❤

As a long time follower of this family, I can tell the reason this women seems content, able to feel good in her skin, exude confidence and really able to live her true authentic self, is due to having a supportive, caring and most of all loving partner. It trickles down to the children and rest of the family, which in turn uplifts the family as a whole and embodies the empowerment of a healthy family. Ladies and gentlemen at the end of the day this is what it's all about if you truly want a healthy nuclear family separate from all toxicity. As someone who never received such support in my marriage I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see those that do, moral of the story please choose your spouse/who you procreate with wisely! I used to walk almost everyday even with a knee that needed replacement, but now since my injured knee AND my good knee have both become severely arthritic and I can barely walk I gained about 40lbs in less than 6mos.
Walking is a blessing too many ppl take for granted.
@206Scorpio75 Arthritis runs in my family, so I can relate. Pool aerobics or water exercises can be easier on the joints.

Go get your complete physical please, to be on the safe side. Not only for your wonderful Daddy-self but for your beautiful family. It’s a part of raising children keeping yourself healthy. They have a lot of energy and are in good health. Maze said she’s in good health especially since she just had the baby. Giving GOD ALL THE GLORY as your family always does. I know he has you all covered. As you look after your family make sure you look after yourself. Take care from an old OG. Walking is THE way! I'm currently averaging 11K steps/day and it's been great for my mental health. Married mom of 3 under 9.
That's how I lost weight, I went from 275 lbs. to 145 as of today. My goal is 130 lbs.
My goal is 130 also. Hope i hit it in 2024. Doing it the healthiest way possible so it will take time.

Congrats on your weight loss!!🎉 counting my steps is when I lost the most weight. I started walking on the treadmill for an hr at the highest incline, it's been very hard. My heart started to hurt a little, but after two days I felt great. I'm 36 and every year i get older I struggle more with workouts. Trying to change that before the yr is over even if I just do high intensity for 15 minutes. Keep it up Mazelee Family 😍

Beautiful beautiful! So many people underestimate the simplicity of walking. Alena, make sure you don’t have a condition called Diastsis Recti. It’s when the ab muscles become separated after childbirth. Certain exercises like crunches makes it worse if those muscles haven’t been properly closed. Keep up the great work and making time for yourself! ❤😘💪🏽

Great job Akylee on that 6:40 mile run! Awesome stamina. Nice effort by Joe on that 5:15 pace - that's really fast, and I'm glad you were wise enough to respond to your body's signal. My granddaughter who is 4 1/2 and is autistic just learn to speak in the last year. Not in sentences but her mom put Noggin on her iPad and she just started saying all the planets and learning how to write words she saw on there. One day she started talking about a Rhombus . So she just has learned a lot n Noggin.
People should listen to signals: Joe needs to get a physical, and follow up on that chest pain. You don't want to be caught by surprise. Don't let his small size deceive you.

I’m just seeing this now. Congratulations. I lost 50 pounds myself when we moved from North Carolina USA to Ghana West Africa. The food is healthier. The heat makes me actually sweat and doing a lot more physical work rather than the repetitive work in a plastic factory as a process tech. I got a little sick recently and lost 10 more pounds. I’m feeling much better but determining to keep those 10 pounds off. Also, I do a lot of walking on the treadmill.
