Hi, I can't get my arms back on the wall on that first exercise what do you suggest I can do to help me with that?
Do you have a previous injury or you just don’t have the mobility yet? If it’s not an injury maybe try one arm and try to keep your body as forward as possible then switch arms. Eventually you will become more mobile and flexible just give it time.
What about the neck?
Neck rolls and holds on the sides, fronts, and back. Hold with hand but don’t put too much force or pressure on your neck.
Nice exercises, but the guy talks in this weird soft voice and it gives me the creeps.
