Dana's presentation is always good! Hopefully, she does not mind of these 2 suggestions:
1.) My relative told me that West Lake hill has an advantage of "Diversified culture".
2.) 2 other friends told me that Frisco tx has also advantage of "diversified culture". If you live in the south part of Frisco, except Star, Stonebriar mall, Kaleidoscope Park, you should also add Legacy west on your schedule!
All my friends are minorities and they feel better to live in these 2 towns!
If you missed watching this video, you may feel sorry the rest of your life for missing important second opinions. If you go to a particular real estate agent for your ideal house hunting, this presentation can be your "best" second opinion! I had many friends were looking for houses in those cities mentioned by Dana. They were either happy to find their ideal houses in cities all mentioned in this video or their finalized cities being all part of this video.
