    So wait was she supposed to not allow African-American women in the jury pool because they're African-American women? Cuz I don't think that's supposed to disqualify you

    I think if the judge Ito did not allow the race card to be played she would have done just fine

    I think we're overly critical of women in any powerful role. I also think they shouldn't clip a full comment from the subject of the criticism. Marcia had more to say about that criticism. I think she was fine. Chris Darden felt the prossecution team needed more time.

    So who picked her???

      Believe it or not, Phill Vanatter asked for Marcia. Tom Lange didn't want her either.

      @@thetruthtellerojisguilty4350 Gil Garcetti is the DA - ultimately it is his decision who will prosecute the most high-profile case in the history of LA. For Gil to cuck out and place that responsibility on someone else not only does not make any sense, it is an admission he sucks at his job and did not do his job.

      Bill Hodgman picked her because he suddenly developed medical problems.

    I think she did just fine. Dardon is the one who messes their case up by letting him try on the gloves in front of the jury.

      @Greenfields 12 😮 I'm actually reading Bugliosi's book now, the prosecution could hardly have been any worse

      I agree! But Dardon was suckered into doing it by a member of the Dream Team, they knew the glove wouldn't fit!

      @@bigron26048 Right. But he should’ve found out before asking OJ to.

      I’ve gotta check out Bugliosi’s book. I’ve watched a couple interviews he did promoting it.
      And was the glove try-on & Fuhrman pleading the 5th both done in front of the jury?

    • @saramarshall2957
      @saramarshall2957 Před 26 dny

      The glove actually had very little to do with why he was acquitted. Those gloves wouldn't have fit with the latex underneath them and then being frozen and unfrozen. They got him identical gloves that hadn't been through that with no latex and they fit just fine and it didn't matter to the jury
