    Those silica packs, the things that come in the packages and say do not eat, I put those in the goggle bag with the goggles after they have tear offs on. They are supposed to absorb moisture, I think it helps a little bit with moisture build up under the tear offs. even the tiniest amount of moisture will leave kinda a film between tear offs on any kind of goggle, This is less an issue with the laminated stacks. Anyway I put a few in with the WFS goggles, they tend to sit awhile in my Scott goggle case til I gotta pull them out for a mudder, but I do this with all my goggles. Just from humidity and air flow it can get a little film of moisture between tear offs, II think it helps a little bit, and they basically come in everything you order that comes in a box, so don't have to buy the silica packs. just don't eat them haha

    Bought the Fury WFS complete and the first film install went smooth thanks to the vid 👍. Why don't the goggles include a protective bag?

    Great goggle to have in your gear bag for those motos that you do in the pouring rain or deep mud. Put a couple tear offs on for the start cause massive build up will build up at the slide side side, Only time it was an issue was first mud moto I did in them, I only had one tear off on and it was soaked by the the time the gate dropped, anyway I pulled the tear off before the race, than a mid pack start on a full gate, I got blasted by about 20 450s, Great product, just put a tearoff or 2 on for the start. handles normal roost just fine, the fact I got blasted by about 20 450s at the start that one moto, there was a little bit of build up on the receiving side lol. But anyway since then I've had to use them a few times, and they work great. Sooner or later or your gonna have a mud moto, don't trust the weathermen, Have at least one of these loaded and ready. Don't ever take your goggles off. I've had roost punch a hole in my clutch cover (didn't realize it till after the moto, my footpeg felt really slick, but I lost all my tranny oil, luckily that bike , 09 honda 450 had separate engine and transmission oil, still probally wasn't to great for the tranny) anyway looked like a bullet hole through the case, I still have it as a souvenier, looks like a 22 round went through the case cover. With these you shouldn't ever have to take your goggles off. Sooner or later you'll be doing a mud moto, and mud sucks, but it's way better when you can see so I highly recommend keeping a wfs loaded and ready!

    • @eli9494
      @eli9494 Před 2 lety

      must've done something wrong. I just reloaded a pair, I double checked the this, I didn't have any issues? I'd check the little pins are completely in, open the canister cases should be able to figure it out, bet the pins aren't in the gear or the receiver end isn't attached. it was 11 months ago, curious what issue was? I never had any problems. What was it?
