Hi
BTW, your code doesn't work
@julian you probably mistyped
wrong I went to buy a wallett and they only took 5% off NOT 55%. What are you trying to pull? 5% is NOT even close to being up to 55% SACM!
Can’t stand everyone pushing these new wallets. As a banker can’t stand people destroying their money and checks then expecting our machines to accept them, and personally don’t like that there’s no photo spots. If you really want to shrink your wallet then go all digital. I’d like to see better traditional wallets.
Honestly the most interesting one was the Tower of Life from Senegal. It seemed to have actual passive green technologies, while rest were just wasteful buildings that were greenwashed using typical add ones like solar panels etc.
lol it will never be built
It's an interesting list, though most of them haven't been built yet (the title and description imply that the buildings exist). The Spiral is the one building in this list that I don't feel is particularly strange and including it at #3 seems pretty odd considering the other candidates.
i agree fr
more clickbait then adding something. 😂
imagine aliens watching this video trying to understand us
Wtf
The aliens think only the function matters?
@lluucasiscool I think The Aliens are watching the vid To
I am alien 👽. Is hard to understand what the humans is doing ?lol 😂😂
They probably think we are crazy
Iconic, iconic iconic. Iconic, iconic, iconic iconic iconic.
Iconic! ICONIC!!!
I appreciate that they record a video of their commentary now. There are so many channels that use text-to-speech so it's nice to know these ones are authentic.
yeah this one is really good
The strongest buildings in the world are engineering marvels that showcase human innovation and durability. These structures are built to withstand the harshest of natural forces and provide a sense of safety and stability for their occupants. From the Burj Khalifa's impressive height to the Hoover Dam's resilience against water pressure, these buildings are a testament to our ability to conquer the elements and push the boundaries of construction.
The Strada residential tower in south London had wind turbines as a feature on the roof.
After a few weeks they turned them off and have never spun since (as far as I'm aware).
Who would have thought people don't want to listen to the drumming sound of a turbine all day and night
I don't think you should count something if it hasn't been built yet.
Very nice video! When I watch it I look forward to the future. Hoping to see many of these projects go through. Especially those that focus on eco friendly environment.
Video should have been titled: The Strangest Buildings in the World, that don't exist.
Do you know of any other strange looking buildings that we missed in this list?😎👇
Hi Again
The Alcove tower in Nashville, TN.
The Dubai Creek Tower
New York City is constructing a hotel tower with an observation tower/vertical drop tower on top of it. The address of the building is 740 8th Ave. There is also the uniquely designed Penn 15 (yes that is the actual name), the new JPMorgan headquarters at 240 Park Ave with an interesting base, Tower Fish, with its interesting observation deck layout, 80 Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn, and a couple interesting waterfront twisted towers, also in Brooklyn ( next to the Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment site).
Mahanakhon in Thailand.
Number 9 on this list reminds me of MVRDV Valley in Amsterdam. Super cool building!
same architects
baobab tower looks interesting!
Bit of a mistake for Vancouver ... you were showing images of Bjarke Ingels Vancouver House when you were talking about the Alberni. The latter is overlooking Coal Harbour but the former is on the other side of downtown overlooking False Creek. You should do a segment on the Ingels tower though as it's pretty amazing!
Great video!
thank you :)
So many shots of Vancouver House were shown on the segment of the Alberni I thought the two had been mixed up. Maybe they were? Vancouver House is skyscraper next to the Granville bridge on the north side of False creek, that has won several awards including CTBUH's Best Tall Building Worldwide in 2021. Coal harbour (the view of which the Alberni is designed not to block) is on the other side of Vancouver's downtown.
Very nice ❤
1:49 just hope a giant doesn't try to play Jenga with this building.
Awesome video
8:16 The Tower of Life is my favorite one
Nice concept buildings.
You have a such pleasant voice to listing.😊
I hope in the future will build these buildings❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
love your videos, but the facecam could be a little bit improved by changing your shutter speed to 1/50 to make it look more natural☺️☺️
10:43 what about the wind turbine noise? 🙄
Or the vibrations they would cause?
Woow another banger amazing
The renderings for Dubai city tower are pretty wild
A bit disappointing where that 3 of buildings have actually been built all the others are on the drawing board.
Definitely want his lil bonus
😮All These structures 🏗️are unique in design ,shape construction and excavation 🚜
Great sir
thanks!
La torre de la vida es el proyecto que más me impresionó.
Wow so ammazing 👍👍👍
Thank you
Really love this video, I think we definitely want to see this topic of "top 10 stranger _______ in the world"
Could be anything
Well, Calgary’s Telus Sky doesn’t seem so weird after all!
I’m from Vancouver
Does the SRG Tower remind anyone else of the Shanghai World Financial Center?
There is also a project in Paris called "Tour Triangle" that could have been part of the video
2:09 Actually, there is a Residential Developemnt in Singapore like The Oasis Towers called Marina One Residences.
It may be like The Oasis Towers but it is really ugly from outside of the development where The Oasis Towers are actually pleasing to the eye. If they actually include the vegetation as depicted, that is. Otherwise it will look like crap as shown in The Valley in Amsterdam comparing artists renditions vs real life execution.
I've watched the documentary about the Aldad Headquarters
I want the old Top Luxury 💖
It's the same type of content they always had.
Tower of Life Looks Cool As Heck.... Would Be Amazing On Bands of Congo and or On One Of Africa's Great Lakes Since It Could Be In Central Africa.
I suggest that you talk about the most beautiful buildings in the world. I will choose for you: the Museum of the Future in Dubai, the Ithraa Building in Dhahran, the Hall of Mirrors in AlUla, the National Museum of Qatar, and the King Abdullah Center for Petroleum Studies and Research.
and most beautiful skyscrapers
Check out Ithra buidling in Dhahran City of Saudi Arabia, its owned by the Oli Company Saudi Aramco, you will be amazed by its beauty
Wow these buildings are sure have good architecture but they are weird and cool i wonder how the Architects who build the buildings came up with the ideas i wonder.
MY DAD WORKED AT ALDAR HEADQUARTERS! they changed it tho
Mahanakorn building in Thailand is also great
Ternary Tower= beans
I like how they reused a thumbnail from an already posted video on their channel.
I don't think clay as any part of an outer facade would be a good idea.
You're not wrong. Strong wind or an earthquake could send tons of clay falling down on people below. It's a terrible idea.
But, but.... IT'S SUSTAINABLE!!! 😜
Or the Chinese gateway could be compared to, I don't lnow... the GATEWAY ARCH?! Which is taller than the Washington Monument. It also symbolizes the convergence of two great rivers so not sure why you didn't make this obvious comparison instead.
9:21
I feel like something like this should be built on smaller scale to see if ot would work
These buildings make so much shadow. I don't want to live nearby.
I got a suggestion for you. How bout you make a video of the top ten tallest skyscrapers in Chicago, Illinois and please make sure you only include the skyscrapers that are already completed.
Why would he make a video of a bunch of shacks in comparison to what is built/being built in other cities in the world?
You have only 159 videos dude and I have watched half of the videos in two days..
👍👍👍👍
I'm pretty sure Number 4 is Wakanda
I highly doubt the one in Dakar will ever get built.
So why You say that ?
hi
#2 Built in wind turbines does not work. London tried it years ago. It had to be deactivated due to nouse complaints.
I can understand, wanting to maximize natural sunlight., but other than that, the buildings are hideous.
Getting quite good at skipping sponsors/adverts nowadays too
You say there are no buildings like the Oasis Tower. Look up The Valley in Amsterdam. Also I think the Spiral isn't crazy looking at all.
The artists renditions of The Valley look great, the actual end result looks like crap. In the renditions, there's vegetation up the towers but in real life, it's a just a jumbled mess of concrete and glass.
The Trans America building in SF amd the Prudential building in Boston
The second one is just an abandoned building
12:23
So in american foots it will be higher or what?)
Affirmation Tower is such an eye sore
SOHO tower in New York
You showed the wrong building in Vancouver a handful of times. You also showed the wrong harbour.
Source: I lived there
0:30 Semispherical?…where did you learn geometry?
Do you edited video
Nooooo I totally didn’t like my own comment
😂
My brain can't compete with those architects, So I'm out👍
13:25 Looks like 🍑 beads
🤣💀 🙊
This video is pretty much click bait. Disappointing as I liked another video from the same creator. Most of the buildings are "possibilities", contradicting the title
The Tree of Life one wins!
Extraordinary geometry. What it looks like to me is an illustration of the enormous gap between the wealthy and the poor.
Number9 nothing special, Amsterdam also have a building like that
I worked on the spiral, first I’m hearing of this affirmation tower, but there has been a lot of jobs that require minorities and women on site from each crew. If you ask me it’s wrong, sometimes you have crews of only 2 workers and right there you dictate that one of them must be from a certain demographic
Yeah, what about other minorities that don't get the spotlight? Can this be considered reverse racism? But what do I know?
The affirmation tower won’t work.
Its not safe to say that second on the list is unique in the world. Looks like a direct ripoff of "Valley" in Amsterdam.
Elysee tower in miami
Combining buildings and renewable energies is such a smart idea. Imagine society if all buildings did this.
adds a ton of extra cost. Usually cheaper to build separately. Also much easier to maintain when separate.
Buildings I see in "Last Of Us" game 😂
The tower of lifes clay exterior would easily fall apart after a storm
Coud do WITHOUT the shots with you in them LOUSY>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
You should have put a trigger warning for #4. I have trypophobia.
12:55 Nothing says inclusivity like a majority team of one group of people. Yeah, progress.
Whilst it’s good to have a face to the channel, the audio quality suffers with it.
Yes, we are trying to improve it. The audio quality will be better in a voiceover studio. But we still think its worth it to record with video. What do you think?
@@MegaBuildsYT definitely worth it, it gives the videos more personality.
Excited to see where the content goes with added video. Maybe on location videos in the future 👀
None of these were real buildings
My thoughts as a Chinese on the last one: don't build it. Please.
Do you have a collection of Qurans on your bookshelf or is some other leather backed books?
6:58 Qatari Loadout
Thank God Europe as a whole have extremely strict building codes. A building must last time up close and afar. London is a good example on how to build new high-rises that blend into surrounding in the ground level and from afar. The buildings in the video seem detached and I didn't see any pictures close-up.
LOL. Yeah, The Gherkin totally blends in with the existing architecture.... GTFOH.
Put a tripophibia warning next time
Before jumpscaring tripophobic people with this
(Myself)
Afro pick? Really? Ok....
Affirmation Tower sounds more like a propaganda tower to me
