The food just pays the bills while they buy and sell depending on the market. This is why you find McDonald's in places where you don't find other restaurants. The Corp itself runs very few of its own.Their land holdings are now rival that of the Vatican. It is considered the most successful and innovative real estate company in history. That is why so many companies are now using this model for diversification. And then these apartments mostly remain empty as other millionaires use it to launder money.
