Sir I have a pain in wrist when I hold weight horijontally any thing like dumble and a tendon beside my wrist bone fall down when I rotate and it is also making noise during rotation
i had approximately 5 years ago hit my finger on a ball and since then my joint is swollen and thicker then normal.. the swelling never did go away and the thickening.. but i can fully move my finger and do not have pain (i can also extend my finger more then normal like hyperextension because of the injury i had).. is this situation normal?
Yes. You should wait until the wound heals completely. Whenever the wound is finished healing and you try to do this if you feel any kind of pain you should stop immediately. Its not going to feel comfortable but you shouldn't be in pain while doing it.
Any advice please for a finger that is healed post surgery but will not bend at all, even when trying this?. I do plan to start physio but finding difficulty to fit it into my work schedule
This is not a good example as your fingers already bend. When the cast came off, all fingers were unable to bend very much at all. Very scared if I will ever be able to use this hand again.
This is me 😭 I had surgery on my fifth metacarpal and when I got out the cast, even my ring finger was affected. I can’t form a full fist because my fifth metacarpal isn’t bending . I’m also scared I won’t be able to form a fist . I’ve been searching for videos to help me . I am seeing an OT but I feel like I also need home and extra exercises . I know I need to be patient but it’s just worrying
I start physio for my right middle finger this week, is it possible regain the full movement in my finger? As I play alot of sports I really dont want to stop over a finger injury
@@IMGOATOF2K it's still the same although the swelling has finally gone down. Still cant move the tip not sure if its stuck to the tissue in my finger or something else, they did say to me it can take up to a year to fully heal. Just have to be patient I guess. Stick to your physio that will give you your best shot.
I’d like them to show us the before and after result that hand physical therapy really helps people get back to normal.
Nice! I start occupational therapy for this next week wanted to get a head start
Thank You

Great detailed instructions. Thanks so much for sharing!
But I couldn't do it since the wound is still not healed ... Shall I wait for the wound to close up to do this?

You could try "Virtual Hand Care". I've found her to be helpful... although my left hand is nowhere back to normal.
I pray it one day will be. 🙏
