    Pac was so damn intelligent and gifted people forget he was only 25 years old when he left us. Now it's grown men and women in their 40's/50's telling stories about him reflecting on his mistakes but who didn't make mistakes at 25?? Thats why he basically lived in the studio when he wasnt on a movie or video shoot to try and avoid drama because he knew he couldnt afford to get caught up but suge gave him more power then he ever had at that point in his career and then sellin 5milly in 2 months off of hiphop's 1st double album had to be a hell of a ego booster as well. I do remember in 96 pac had it on lock but he was only 24-25. Me myself i couldnt imagine what i wouldve did with that type of power at that age.

    Seems like 2pac kinda still had a prison mentality when he came out. He never got a chance to relax, recoup and recover. He was on the go soon as he got out of jail and some of those teaching, policies and politics shed over to when he was left Rikers island. Pac was in there for 9 months and was out of jail for less than that. He came out with black panther, street and incarceration mentality. That's why his code of moving was so thick and strict.

      I think that he developed a bomb first mentality after getting set up in that first shooting in New York City, and obviously going to prison for 11 months didn’t help. He was extremely vulnerable and after that first shooting he never wanted to feel that way again. So when he came to death row he was trying to establish his power quickly so that no one would challenge him or put him in the vulnerable position he was in before.
