another thought- in that bathroom do the modern bowl sink but you can put a basic shape cube in it and size it to fill the space on the shelf below the sink! not sure if you have advanced placing, but girl I'd does wonders for your builds! you can use the transform tool on the plain arches, u can also use it on structural beams and resize those too. this video is a year old so idk if u figured it out yet ! took me a while to figure out

You can put the box since in the counters, place the box sink down & then add the counters. Will take a few tries but you will get it
