It was used to create volume because it was mainly for HIV patients and they had many vials to get the wanted volumized results. The product hasn't changed in it's efficacy but doctors have learned to dilute it with more saline water to avoid nodules. It's still the same amount of sculptra at the end. If you don't want too much volume you just limit the vials.

Whats the point in filling your face with all this filler you may as well just get the surgery and have it permanently sorted.
