Dance is a huge part of our culture. Dancing does not mean she is lacking in areas of her development, intellect, or skill. This baby can and loves to dance. Dancing is not “acting” grown. People seem to not see a problem attacking our culture where you don’t understand it but wouldn’t dare attack a part of many other cultures you equally don’t understand.
