    Oh, it‘s very good to see you NOT sitting on the sofa enjoying the time. You still have visions. You still love the change. To create something new. I hear you singing the song „times they are a changing“ in an absolutely positive way, if you know what I mean. Because of that, ABBA is still alive. And, because they feel just ordinary people, they are so extraordinary. So good to see you, so good to hear you. Thank you for all those wonderful vibes 🥰🤗

    I 'm so proud and it's obvious that he's proud too.Abba's second coming happened due to public's sheer demand.All these years ago.That did justice to us older fans who suffered from all those sour critics at the time that were dismissing Abba as "forgetable commercial crap",trying to convince us that this "pap groupie" was no big deal and "non serious" kind of music!.But we were not morons to support them and to feel that this band had something really superior,exotic and exceptional! And time proved,how tragically wrong those critical voices were!And i'm so very happy about it!But better late than never.Thank you Bjorn.Thank you all 4 of you!

    • @mikevale3620
      @mikevale3620 Před 2 lety +2

      There are another new generation of sour critics to replace the bitter earlier ones who died unable to convince themselves that ABBA were actually talented and loved by millions of fans across FOUR generations. ABBA's talent is well proven and Bjorn's humility is obvious and very ingratiating.

      @@mikevale3620Hi Mike well Yes,but fortunately this time they are less than the ones that were in the '70s/early'80s.And hope they do get lost in obscurity as well!lol!Sorry if i sound rude,but after so many years i'm still angry about it and can't forget.Benny stated some weeks ago that it was the first time that with VOYAGE album and singles, they had the most positive reviews ever compared to the times they were releasing records at their past active years.And i have also realized that about 90-95 per cent were positive indeed.I remember back in the days it was the other way round.Really painful.UK and USA press were main problem.Rest of the world was rather ok though. "Melody maker" paper once wrote about an ABBA single. in 1975 ."this is so bad that it hurts!"Imagine that even fellow rock musicians kinda disagreed with what was written and many of them were defending the Swedes.Let's see what will happen tommorow after the premier.....

    • @jay_ooh
      @jay_ooh Před 2 lety +2

      The best part about all this happening with ABBA and Voyage, is that ABBA can give the big middle finger to all those critical critics....because even before it's debuted...ABBA Voyage is a HUGE success...not to mention the Voyage album was an insane success all around the world, and yes even in the US, (where it became their highest charting album ever at #2).

    • @alexioverdo5225
      @alexioverdo5225 Před 2 lety +1

      @@jay_ooh "...can give the middle finger..."ha!ha!Well i just recalled Meryl Streep's reaction when she received an award in 2008 for MM! movie.She very "kindly" said similar thing on her speech stating something like that this award is the one she enjoyed the most cause it kinda knocked out the teeth of the critics, while she proudly smiled in both full joy and irony,raising her hands "showing off" her prize!But neverthless no matter even if you are perfect,if someone is jealous or narrow minded and predjudiced upon you and want to take offense of something, he will surely find a way.Just ignore and pass by,same way we should react to trolls.

    1:18 You basically answered the question, Björn. You wrote and recorded the best songs you could, and that's why people still love ABBA. When you have Sweden's best songwriters and best vocalists in one group, it shouldn't be surprising that you are successful. Plain and simple.
