  • 오이 무침과 비슷하지만 대부분 여름에 만들어 먹는 김치의 한 종류이다.
    담궈서 바로 먹는 겉절이 종류에 속하며 방언으로 오이소백이라고도 한다.

    [ 재료 Ingredients ]
    오이 4개 Cucumber
    부추 60g Chives
    쪽파 60g Green onion
    소금 2큰술(table spoon) Salt
    설탕 1큰술(table spoon) Sugar
    생수 1L Water
    고춧가루 2큰술(table spoon) Gochusgaru
    액젓 1큰술(table spoon) Fish sauce
    매실청 1큰술(table spoon) Plum extract
    새우젓 1큰술(table spoon) Salted shrimp
    다진마늘 1큰술(table spoon) Minced garlic
    다진생강 1작은술(tea spoon) Minced ginger
    오이절임물 1컵(cup) Cucumber soaked water

    Great video! I love eating kimchi. I have tried cabbage & white radish kimchi, but not yet cucumber.You better bet that is on my list! Subscribed.👌👍
