First group is the 'Adowa' traditional dance of the 'Ashanti' tribe. Second group (bare chested dance) is a Puberty rites dance (Dipo dance), ushering young girls into womanhood of the 'Krobo' tribe of Ghana.
Final dance part (after the ladies covered up) is a traditional dance of the 'Ga' people of Accra, Ghana.

I love the fact that they dance without bras! Before colonization, this is how our ancestors were. Much respect, sisters! I am proud Ghanaian American!!! It's sad for some of our sisters and brothers to look discourage by the dance. Funny fact: years ago, our ancestors didn't have clothes; we were natural and beautiful. Think on a bigger picture and free the mind!!!

Those are traditional dancers, I think there some younger women in that group. But I am sure that Afronita mother taught her some of those dance moves, and Afronita crew know those dance moves.
