FIRST LONG SLOW RUN NEW BALANCE REBEL v4

First long slow run today with target of 2 hours non stop, which present another challenge on unexpected super busy Car Free Day.
Surprise surprise the Rebel v4 performs above any of my expectations. Since I’m trying to avoid a high threshold heart rate, have to run on a slower pace , the shoe performs just fine, whilst in the need to crank up the speed , Rebel v4 will do just do well ready to bring up the speed.
The upper mesh perform giving breathing room and cools the feet, the rest of the construction of the shoe hold the ankle steady and firm ( note : I used all the hole and laced up to the end to ensure a fit)
Overall and impressive shoe perhaps will do some more review once it hits its first 50kms
