Please, I want to ask: if a person attacks you at your own house, and they are separated, but the person then goes home and jumps your fence wall holding a cutlass, and says, 'I will kill you today at your own house for you to see you're not a man,' and the other person also goes to his room and pulls out a gun but doesn't shoot. In case the guy with the gun shoots the other guy and he passes out or doesn't pass out, can it be classified as self-defense? Thank you.
It all depends on the circumstances. No two circumstances are the same. So many questions can be asked.
How did you shoot? How many times?
Was the shooting the only option available?
I can not say yes or no but there are genuine concerns of attack if someone comes to your house in this manner
