Flaky and crisp puff pastry wrapped around a lovely warm juicy filling. Here we have a pastry bake loosely based on the hearty classic Cornish pasty, with swede, potato, mushroom and onion. And then the undeniably tasty sausage, bean and cheese bake. Great for lunch, dinner and hey, why not breakfast too?

Honestly Alex, I wish you nothing but the best but that anger and irrational bias against vegans aint gonna serve you. Why do you give a shit? If vegans make you this angry with the mildest of comments, it aint us who have depression issues. Unhealthy eating of any kind can make people depressed.. yes some vegans are depressed, but so are some omnivores. If you eat healthy and try not to indulge that anger you'll be a happier person.

Edited: I did a little digging on his Instagram, and he mentioned a friend's name, so I took a chance and put her name in the search.. and lo and behold, her last post was from two months ago and Jules was in it! Someone asked if he was fine, and she said yes, but that's it. Maybe if enough people ask through her Instagram we can find out if he's ever coming back. Her name is Mel and it's under "melljc", if you're interested.
