You have to remove the door panel cup where your fingers pull on the door to close it. The bolt for the cup is hidden under the door handle you have to remove the plastic cover for the handle first with a screw driver then look for the bolt for the cup. then you can pull up gently on the door panel , it slides up. He totally skipped the most critical part of the video so you dont break your door panel off like i did.
